with his "Margaritaville" Dominator ... even had his own lighted palm tree.
From the Wrens Fall Fly-in 2008 aka ROC 2008. Day 4: With the improving
weather, the gyronauts became more active. Barry Kropelin and others prepared
their gyros and flew around a bit.
This isn't Barry but he did loan his gyro. Then the Red Bull girls came. John Magnan had requested that Red Bull
come out to the fly-in with cases of free soda. The girls and the soda, in two cars with big Red Bull cans on top,
came in around 5:00. John led them over to Barry Kropelin's gyro and one of the girls asked if she could sit in it.
Day 6: 10/11/08 of the Wrens Fall Fly-in 2008. At 1:00 PM the weather
got better then it rapidly went downhill. By mid afternoon many members decided
to pack up and leave since it did not look like there would be any clearing.
Barry Kropelin got ready to leave at 4:00 PM.
